The BBQ fundraiser date is Saturday, May 31st from 11 am to 1 pm. Tickets are $10 each and include a BBQ dinner and all-day swim. Call Carolyn Pruett at (803) 800-9768 by Wednesday, May 28th to order tickets.
A partnership between the City of Cayce and the River Alliance, the 12,000 Year History Park is a unique historical site in Cayce, South Carolina, where the 1865 Civil War battle occurred and is also the location of the historical earthworks. Guided historical walking tours are offered on Saturdays. Volunteer guides, all trained by the National Park Service, take you on a walk along this beautiful trail winding along with stories of the Battle of Congaree Creek, 18th Century Trade that was prominent here and Native American Lifeways. There are also special events throughout the year including Nature Days, Civil War Encampments and Lantern Tours.

The Party on the Street!
The City has partnered with the Avenues Neighborhood Association to combine the Cayce Festival of the Arts with Soiree on State. Soiree on State will include artists, a free kid’s area with bounce courses, face painting and a balloon artist, food vendors, a variety of musicians and more for fun all afternoon long!
Soiree on State will take place from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm along State Street, from Poplar Avenue to Railroad Street.
The Winter Social is back! The social will be held in the main hall at Broadacres Baptist Church on December 13, 2023 at 6:30 pm. All Edenwood residents are welcome to come and bring their favorite finger food dish. Come out and celebrate what makes Edenwood great!
The City of Cayce Events Committee is excited to announce the return of the Cayce Fall Fest! This event will be held Saturday, October 5, 2022 from 12pm-6pm. Admission is free and the festival will take place at Granby Gardens Park (1800 12th Street, Cayce SC). This culturally diverse event will have festivities to include live music, great food and drinks (including beer and wine), vendors, a free kid’s area, and more!
Edenwood’s Spring neighborhood meeting will be held Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Edenwood Pool House.
The Edenwood Swim Club is hosting a community yard sale fundraiser Saturday, April 27th from 8am to 12pm at Edenwood Pool. Each space will be $15 or 10% of your yard sale proceeds, which ever is greater. Please bring your own table. A permit from City of Cayce was purchased for the pool address and will cover everyone on the premises.
